Assessment
This course does not require any formal examinations. Assessments are conducted through a variety of methods:

- Completing a portfolio of evidence

You will be required to work in your own time to complete research, homework tasks or group work.
Self-study is crucial for your success, and lecturers will provide guidance on the best approaches throughout the course.
Fees & Funding
Funding Your Studies
You can apply for financial assistance with your fees through the government at [www.gov.uk/studentfinance]. This support may include a Tuition Fee Loan, Maintenance Loan, or Maintenance Grant.
A Tuition Fee Loan will cover your upfront fees and is paid directly to your university or college. You’ll need to repay this loan once you finish your course and earn £26,575 or more per year. Both full-time and part-time students are eligible to apply.
If you qualify, you can also apply for a Maintenance Loan, which is deposited directly into your bank account at the beginning of each term. This loan must be repaid after you leave your course and when your income exceeds £26,575. For more details, please visit [www.gov.uk/studentfinance].
Maintenance Grants are also paid into your bank account at the start of term and do not need to be repaid. However, any grant funds you receive will reduce the amount of Maintenance Loan you can get.
New students must demonstrate that they have lived in the UK for five years prior to their course start date to qualify for living cost support from Student Finance England.
